AR lost 8 fumbles in his career, Herbert lost 26 on fewer attempts.

it's not fewer attempts. see this is the problem you keep reading stats incorrectly. You have to add both passing and rushing attempts together to find the fumble rate. Fumbles happen on both passing and rushing snaps.

a Jay Burachel led corporate biopic does not inspire confidence but I keep seeing Glenn Howerton in the running for acting awards and now he's like nominated for Gotham and Spirit and like, that's an Oscar level indicator

New Green Day song is fine, which is like 10,000x better than where they've been lol

So far I believe Penix and McCarthy have some level of dog in them.

Also, completion percentage matters differently from accuracy percentage. Accuracy percentage can tell you "it hit the guy in the hands! should've been complete!" But if it was a really tough catch to make because the defenders were right there, it's possible the QB did not make a very safe read there and took a big risk, which would be reflected in the completion percentage NOT counting that as a completion

I think Still Breathing may be the newest Green Day song i've heard and that's pretty old now right

i'm not reading them incorrectly, i'm citing the fumbles purely from rushing attempts.

Comp percentage doesn't measure accuracy, it measures something different - how consistently you're making high percentage CHOICES

completion percentage is an incomplete stat. accuracy percentage is literally just adjusted completion. that's all it is. it's the same exact thing but it doesn't punish the QB for throwing the ball away or spiking the ball or anything of the sort. that's it.

so are you suggesting AR threw the ball away or spiked the ball FAR MORE OFTEN than most quarterbacks?

Because if not then that doesn't really refute me bringing up his 54% completion percentage in college. Maybe it would bring it up to like, 57% or something but that still sucks

no but look me dead in the face and tell me if I told you about a Jay Baruchel-led corporate biopic you'd be optimistic.

I just think you should acknowledge that there's no way to be 100% objective or predictive about football and that trying to find better and better stats still has a threshold for how much context it can account for

in his career he threw the ball away more than Dak, Tua, Kyler, Mac, Deshaun, and Stroud. He also dealt with drops a decent amount. His adjusted completion is still the lowest, my point was just that completion percentage itself doesn't matter compared to adjusted completion.
