Totally mentioned this game in my defense of modern Konami a few days ago.

Very cool that they unearthed this property out of mothballs and made this with it, and included the original game to boot. Very cool, very classy.

 

The artwork is fantastic

 

Crymachina demo is out. Need to try that, but I'm playing genshin and honkai pretty much all weekend.

Tales of arise finished. What a weird game lol. I mean it’s at least an 8.5 by default but holy fuck what was that third act. feel like the game could’ve ended after the first Vohlran fight and then they could’ve fleshed out the second half as a direct sequel or lengthy DLC because it felt rushed and significantly less fleshed out than the entire first part of the game. still had a fantastic time and those last few bosses were a trip for sure. amazing graphics duh and the best action JRPG combat out there right now. some of the English voice acting was…ehhhh…. But the overall story even with the wild wtf last arc was pretty good. Story makes more sense if you view it more like an anime than a video game which at a certain point it certainly felt more like an anime than a video game. Not a bad thing. So yeah 8.5 can’t wait to dive into the rest of these games starting with the other three I own

Didn't achieve too much today except finishing Day 2 of Chapter 4. One more day in the Chapter, and then the final chapter.
