Nothing any of you say matters. Why do you care if someone in this thread sufficiently denounces whoever in the manner that you want? It is, by definition, virtue signaling. You’ve all spent a whole day circling the drain

 

I actually feel like I had some productive conversations with some people earlier and learned some things and was better able to understand where they were coming from even if we don't agree, honestly in what felt like the first time in months if not years

I watched half of the people whining about decency in this thread cry about wanting to have Obama back/why Biden is doing a good job actually after they drone struck brown people left and right for a decade, so it’s not surprising that it’s still wake up parrot imperialist talking points today. Your biggest net impact on Palestinians is that you reeeallly care about electing people who aid in their systematic genocide to the point that excusing that aid is baked in. You dont have the time of day for them outside of horse race Adult in the Room bullshit, and thats where this ~completely fucking hysterical~ idea that public opinion matters even a little bit comes from.

So was it bibi hell bent on settling the West Bank so much that he was blind to anything else, or was he ignoring it because he wanted it to happen so he could justify going in and figured it would help him out politically? If it’s the second, it seems like at least early on he greatly estimated how much people would rally to him
