Prefacing this by saying obviously no one likes to see their team lose, just not sure of what words work best to convey this question:

What’s your favorite game you’ve watched where your team has lost?

I’ve long thought the 2016 Tennessee-Texas A&M 2OT loss was just an absolute barnstormer of a game. Been thinking about it a lot and watched the highlights since we play them this weekend.

2013 wisconsin-asu. it gave me a reason to be mad at this team for the rest of my life by doing the dumbest thing possible.

UCF losing to LSU created Joe Burrow so that was cool.

Nebraska doesn't lose well. Only in increasingly infuriating ways.

UGA has only lost once since I've been a student here so i guess I'll go with that one :)

i personally liked it when wisconsin beat nebraska by 39 in the big ten championship game that wisconsin shouldn’t have been in

All Wisconsin games blend together to create one big traumatic experience. Excited to see Braelon Allen run for 900 on us in a couple weeks

I like that you can insert any Big Ten East team in the Wisconsin slot and any Big Ten West team in the Nebraska slot of this sentence and it probably still be ~80% accurate for the last decade.

Georgia tech has never lost in a good way. Blowing a 20 point lead against georgia in 2013 and subsequently setting my hoodie on fire in my best friend’s driveway and losing to tennessee by missing a 2pt conversion in a game that should never have gone to double OT that I believe was also the first game in MBS come to mind as some “what could have been” games.

this game was such a cluster of a performance by us. pretty sure cordarelle patterson is the only reason we came back and won.

The Ohio State - UGA game last year was a good game.

I don't know, Ohio State missing the field goal right as the clock struck midnight was actually perfect.

well that year was specifically weird because wisconsin was third in the division and both OSU and PSU were sanctioned, whereas nebraska had an actually pretty good season and got 70 hung on them

and then the next year joel stave forgot that when you take a knee your knee actually has to go down all the way instead of 1/4 the way

that’s what i meant above by the asu game hahaha. we were actually having a promising start to the season too. it’s insane he’s one of the most prolific QBs the school has had and he barely knew how to play the position

    The rivalry is back on

I’m going to cheat and say 2011 Colts-Jags, where losing the final game of the season clinched the Andrew Luck pick

staying in thread, the 2012 SEC Championship (Georgia’s comeback bid fell a couple yards short) and 2017 National Championship (blew second and long in OT) were objectively great games UGA was on the losing end of vs the Bama juggernaut and made finally getting over the hump feel that much sweeter
