I don't know - the fact that it was Jack Posobiec who posted it notwithstanding, the video seems to be legit. clip appears to show the outdoor musical festival near the border that there is a lot of reporting about. there are a bunch of other videos that seem to be from the same location, mainly with people running across fields while gunshots ring out.

I have seen zero reputable sources mention a music festival and I’ve seen several people claim the festival in the video was in august

 

Music festival is legit; several hundred people festival goers in that area found dead as well.
