What is a “real city”, like a major metropolis?

I like Baltimore and Annapolis more than any part of NJ I’ve been to, straight up

But New Jersey has no cities. It's just Philly, NYC, the Area Ruled Over by Bruce Springteen, and maybe something in the northwest but no one has ever gone there so who knows

 

Yeah I mean Annapolis is more like a big town. But it’s idyllic. Looks kinda like a Dutch coastal city, or at least it resembles the nice parts of New England.

I have a friend who grew up in Cape St Claire and another friend who grew up in Arnold / Severna Park… if suburban family living is your thing, and you don’t mind being 45 minutes away from Baltimore / DC (too far to commute or go all the time and deal with the traffic, but close enough to go for some weekend events)… those spots are elite

I mean let’s be real I haven’t been to Oklahoma I am talking entirely out of my ass if I say anything about it. But NC has a very nice juxtaposition of being great for slower, rural living but still having some solid urban areas

 

Sure but I bought a house in Oklahoma so I’m a little bit committed

Last time I went out to see my grandparents in NC it was before I even had my driver’s license, took a Greyhound with my mom out there and then came back on a Greyhound on my own, very weird experience
