yes, i do indeed take mental health quite seriously. its the condescension tied into the post that also gets me.

but this is the unpopular opinion thread, where all kinds of shit gets posted

 

There's no condescension tied into the post, it's a jokey way of expressing my love for that album.

I think Paramore get better and better with each album

I think I liked the Paramore song where in the video they're in the room with the lightbulb. I don't remember how it goes now. I listened to that album but don't remember it. Dont care for the singles i hear on the radio. Tbh I just never listened to that many of the popular AP bands. It's weird cause when I joined the site I remember being excited a site covered the artists I enjoyed, but in retrospect I really didn't listen to that many. I need to go on a listening journey to all the old AP faves I never listened to.

 

same I sometimes feel a bit left out, either for the most part not listening to a band covered here or only knowing a handful of songs, but I also have no desire to listen to any other bands

 

paramore s/t is pretty good. they arent that good of a band overall though. pretty standard stuff.

 

standard is a good adjective from all that I've heard (the scene stuff not the pop singles from a year or so ago). I never understood what the big deal was with them back in high school

 

paramore is a fun live band. last time i saw them was '07 tho hahaha.

 

I'll take Hayley over mostly any other frontman/woman.

 

Brand New Eyes is far and away the best Paramore album.

My ex (and first ~real~ relationship) introduced me to Paramore. They were one of her favorite bands and I remember we would listen to AWKIF all the time. But ever since the break up it is legit hard to listen to the band without thinking of her. Which totally sucks because I really do like Paramore and I wish I could actually enjoy them again, haha.

Same goes for Underoath, too.

 

I always go back to Matchbox's Yourself or Someone Like You. Whole album is classic

 

First 3 Matchbox Twenty Albums are . Couldn't get into North though.

 

They're a better good thing.
