Watched the video once. Listened to the song once. Now trying to avoid replaying anything until the album releases...

Gonna have to rewatch this after a few times watching the blink video.

 

I know obviously there's some digital magic being used, but this and MTYK are the best Tom's voice has sounded on an album in a very very long time.

 

Is Edging in the EP an updated album version? Or are my ears playing tricks

 

No one busting through a wall to reach for crotch? The Ramones maybe not as influential as history has led us to believe

 

I know exactly what you mean and I liked it so much better than First Date (my least favorite blink single by FAR, sorrynotsorry). This song frickin rules!! My favorite of the new ones so far.

 

Like everyone else I really like this song. I think it was Jason that said this was the ATST/First Date song of the album and it’s just a fun poppy/catchy blink song.

It seems a lot of characters are in both - the woman with a full pizza with ramones, vs a few slices with Blink...

I said the same thing! Tom channeled some super old school qualities in his voice on this one. It rules.

Seriously! All it needs is that 1997 Trombino treatment and it would fit on the album without a doubt.

 

It's nice to hear them crank up the speed while maintaining the hookiness. This song's really fun!

Edit: Sonically, it almost feels like they wanted to write a Dude Ranch song mixed with the "new era" Blink vibes. I'm into it. Not really expecting more of this on the record, TBH, but this is enough for me!
