Flashlight is also a perfect opener. TBH, all their openers are pretty fantastic. The only one that doesn’t quite hit me as hard is Thrilled. I think it does set the stage for the rest of the album, but because of that, it’s not as hard hitting as basically all their other openers.

 

Crazy timing to post this, I just stumbled across a blue copy at my local store.

 

New re-recorded "director's cut" version of Margot & the Nuclear So and So's "Sling Shot to Heaven" is shipping now.

/1000 total, 500 silver and 500 gold. Available on Richard's Bandcamp, and really beautiful (as always).

 

The pro shot video is on YouTube (I didn’t realize this was once a DVD release). Set list is pretty solid for a 2001 festival set.
Ended up watching most of the set. The crowd energy is nuts…crazy just how huge LB was from 99-01 and then how quickly they fell.

 

I didn't know they did RSD for Black Friday as well. And yeah, I'm not interested in any of those

 

A shame it doesn't work on preorders....wanted to grab that Craig Owens but now that I see there's less than 10 available might as well. Thanks tho! It was a reminder to grab that.

Just got my shipping notification for The Maine's self-titled record. Stoked to receive it soon!

 

Had forgotten that I ordered a bundle for The Maine because the LP itself was sold out. Their whole vinyl situation makes no sense.

 

Can't wait to get my copy of this. I finally got my turntable set up at my house and it was really nice to give my (absolutely gorgeous) copy of Two Sad Little Islands Drift Together, Two Lonely Little Monkeys Find A Tree its first spin.
