I don’t blame Dame for giving in and offering other teams. But Cronin was clearly embarrassed by the public trade announcement and Miami demand by Dame.

 

Some interesting shit in there. Dame's choice was to stay in Portland if not Miami at the time

Uhh yeah, Miami is definitely out on Jrue then. Assuming true, Cronin was acting out of bad faith and I’m glad they just dropped out. Giving up Bam for Dame would have been pointless.
