Insurance companies are raising rates across the board right now. It’s a mess out there, especially homeowners. You can’t get insured around here if your roof is more than 10 years old. Thank climate change, it’s only going to get worse.

They’ve started adding an extra charge in Colorado homeowners insurance because of all the hail because you know, their normal premiums aren’t enough for their record breaking profits

Checking in to say what up

baby is doing good, she’s been very consistent. Wakes up twice in the night only. Knock on wood she’s been on a good schedule. I’m gonna be real sad when I have to go back to work next Wednesday. Only 10 days of parental leave is bullshit

    go lions

there was one person that I didn’t mind call me that because he was funny. I worked at Home Depot with him and I’d walk into the building and he’d yell from 10 aisles away “what’s up state farm” loud as hell

in my case it was pretty funny because i actually did have to call him when i was in trouble. he was an estimator and any time i was out in the field and had some bullshit going on w a job he quoted he was the guy that had to rectify everything.

I had no parental leave when we had mine, I had to use up all my vacation days. Wish I had been where I am now where we get 8 weeks.

I got 16 weeks paternal leave, then was laid off right around week 16 and collected severance for next like year so it was like 68 weeks leave.
