Well, we're judging him mostly off of his final year so it's really just Gibbs, who is excellent, Steen, who isn't good, and Latu, who is actively bad.

 

He tested kinda poorly and he's from the Mountain West. Had a lot to love and a lot to be a little concerned about. I thought he'd be pretty good and immediately be 3rd in targets for the Rams. I did not think he would do anything close to this lol.

Not very confident about this role. Kind of stretching things about one of the key responsibilities. I've never done it on my own -- that said, I could and understand the theory of doing it. we'll see what happens if I actually get invited to interview further.
