Have you listened to the remix/remaster 2.0 yet?! It sounds amazing! Everything sounds cleaner and more open, it's less muddy. I'm hearing little nuances I didn't hear before.

Its definitely letting Matt Talbot's production work finally shine. I'm hoping the vinyl sounds equally as good!

 

I think standard black is sometimes the rarest variant for releases because it's the least desirable in this world of cool, creative designs. And what better way to sell them out by making them very limited?

 

Man, I truly hope we get some represses of their later albums. I love post-hardcore / alt rock Hopesfall best.

 

I just want a repress of No Wings to Speak of EP. Those 4 songs are huge for me. Especially End of an Era.

 

Is it just the one variant for Satellite Years going up for sale on the EV site?

 

Didn't know this was out already. Listening now on Spotify, and it sounds really nice. Glad they didn't change too much otherwise.

Was Talbot involved with the remaster as well?

 

Talking to my bud right now he says there's a "handful" of the alt cover going up (which was $45 usd)

Honestly not sure, it could just be the blue/white, it could be both that and the cloudy purple!

Yeah those went in less than a minute. So many more variants. They all look gorgeous... It's all going to sell out!

I'm more stoked that they got merch up and may have to nab that hoodie or long sleeve!

 

Had no idea these would go so fast. Managed to grab the light blue with black splatter.

 

They wisely moved up the Arbiter black vinyl, but I want some color.

 

Oh I knew they would! This was my grail back in the day, before the 2017 pressing.

Something about this album just resonates with me since I bought the CD 21 years ago. It's my username on so many accounts (last.fm, my PSN ID.....Here. Lol)

 

Listening to Arbiter right now. Great album. Probably their second-best after Satellite.

 

I forgot where I saw someone say this but Arbiter is a return very akin to Hum - Inlet in that it was such a strong comeback that it shot up my favorite list to the two spot as well.

 

$60 is gross but I pulled the trigger

 

A Types is still my fave record from them, gonna get that on vinyl one of these days…
