I don’t hear Mark’s harmonies in the chorus of MTYK. What’s wrong with me??

Were the Mark, Tom and Travis variants also limited to 5k each? If so, they're looking at a minimum of 30k copies of vinyl sold so far. And I gotta assume plenty more were sold of the egg splatter and Amazon white.

 

It's only in the third measure. "I feel a bit cursed, a bit numb...." His part is hard panned left and right while Tom is down the middle if that helps you pick it out.

 

Not that sales matter much anymore, but would be cool to see them sell 100K first week. Figure that's a great number for a rock band nowadays.

It's definitely a nod to "I Miss You." But more importantly, I think, is that in the chorus, they go "Do I have to die to hear you miss me?" And the very first line of verse 2 is BOTH (maybe all 3) of them saying "I miss you..." So good.

 

Can confirm, OMT gave goosebumps on day 2 and MYTK is a fucking banger of a blink song.

 

OMT is so huge and already classic on day 2 lol.

that chorus is massive yet simple and the fact they have Travis sing it as well just makes it even more special.Also that freaking piano…ugh!!

I was super excited for you being drunk this early on a Friday... but then I realized this is the internet and you're probably from across the pond.

 

I think "More Than You Know" is my favorite right now because it has everything I love about blink, but they are definitely 3 for 3 so far for me. All three songs are really different, but I just love how each one sounds like a team effort.

California did 180k first week. I think Nine did 90k?
Edging did really well, OMT seems to be killing it numbers wise after just one day, and the hype is through the roof with this tour/reunion. I'd expect around 150k. But would be amazing if they surpass California.

 

I was curious if Roger Manning Jr. did piano on "One More Time" as a throwback, but it doesn't look like it.

Alright played a bunch yesterday and had the new singles on repeat this morning on my run.

I love that these songs don’t sound like a traditional singles. Seems like the blink dudes just wanted the world to get an idea of where they are at putting this record out. Very curious how OMT will do on radio.

Going to slow down on plays to preserve the release day play through. I have a feeling these songs will hit even harder i. the context of the whole album.
