I love the album art except the name being on it haha. What do you dislike about it?

Good first listen for me! I was lukewarm on Wilderness but loved the palettes and ideas they were playing with, but it didn't really come together for me. I was hoping they would refine it on the next album but it looks like they instead scaled it back.

Can't complain too much though, as I did really enjoy my first listen.

Cover is fine, I think the song titles are not as interesting and that took away from it a bit at first. Would be cool to have more of the electronic Wilderness stuff mixed in with the cleaner production/return to classic sound but overall I’m happy to have more songs from them, front heavy for me rn but gonna let it grow in the fall

I like this. A band like this, hearing one song at a time really helps me digest each better, and for that reason I like the front half of the album more, but that can definitely change. Can't wait to see them live next week.

yeah i like it a lot. a few of the middle tracks aren't my favorite but the album is bookended very well

It sort of feels like a career-spanning album, where each song pays tribute to each of their albums.

Whoa that’s true. 7 tracks and 7 albums and the vibe matches for each track going backwards in their dicog

That’s their best IMO. Take Care is also high up there.

Saw them tonight, what an experience, so unbelievably good.

That being said, I cannot for the life of me understand people that go to concerts (let alone EITS) to talk the entire time, and not only talk, but fucking scream during the entire set. Infuriating. Whatever. New songs sounded amazing too. Loved Ones especially went off

  16. Oh my god I see this band for the first time in 5 days

  17. I'm HERE. OMG.

Is no photos or recording a common rule at their gigs because we've been told that up front.

    Also I'm front row

Thought it was an unannounced TEINACDP show. But what an amazing show it turned out to be. Live debut of Peace or Quiet, Catastrophe and the Cure, Birth and Death & fucking Only Moment (Jesus FUCK), not to mention finally hearing one of my favourite songs live. Your Hand in Mine is just timeless imo. Fuck. Love this band.

  20. Request came from the band, cringed so hard for the guy who had his phone out during Catastrophe and the Cure.

    How is their merch?

Edit : I don't know why I'm asking, I always end up buying a shirt after a show

  22. Shirt, jumper, posters, records at the show last night. Love their art design and I'd definitely wear the shirt. Didn't get anything as payday is this week instead lol

Death Touches Us, From the Moment we Begin to Love Supporter

    Random post -

I had this custom made banner made by Oxford Pennant for my wife for Christmas. We've been separated for 3 months and when I had this ordered we were trying to work on things.

We both have this tattooed on our wrists. As this song was a very important part of our lives early on in our 13 years of marriage.

Needless to say it's been a lot of back and forth and a lot of emotion. Last year was the most difficult in my life. We're at a point where we are just working on ourselves. If the universe finds us back to each other one day the sobeit. But if not it was a good run

I guess this gift is now a "memorial" .

Oddly enough my oldest kid came into this world when "Memorial" played in the background.
