Relistening now, I remember going through a phase of really digging acoustic jams for a while, hence liking that soft cover by Feeling Left Out

 

You guys remember the Atticus Dragging The Lake comps? Good times.

 

This guy was great.

 

Honestly don’t remember much from their album but that one mashup with Hopesfall was goated

 

I always liked when bands made split EPs and covered each others songs in the same occasion. Don’t know if that’s still a thing these days but I very much welcome a future resurgence

Yeah but in most cases both are not being used actively and simultaneously saying the same stuff in both. I think I’ve seen Mark’s discord comments in both like 3 times each.

 

I’d say the chances are 50/50. Either there will be two or there won’t be.

I went and bought a couple of bags of Doritos and scanned my phone inside the packets incase there was a secret drop.

Alas, just Doritos.

 

1 and 2 were nice but vol 3 was absolutely amazing. The Gratitude opener hits so hard. Also the only way to listen Not Now physically for a while for me, I destroyed that CD. I really miss compilations.

 

DTL 1 was the best imo. Jaked on Green Beers was my intro to ALK3 and it opened that album.

 

Spotify has 6 just for you every day

 

I discover a lot of my music through Spotify lists for sure, but buying a physical comp in the record store or a show/fest was like a mystery box. The Fat ones, Punk o Ramas, the Warped Tour ones… not trying to be “old man yells at cloud” but it felt different.

Punkzilla was my favorite!
