So Terrain finally has a steady drummer. He’s good enough that bands clamor to pay him for shows, so I do have to pay him a set rate per show cause his really high talent and music sense is hard to find and valuable as a result. But he said he would give me a 50% cut compared to other bands and also prioritize practice with me at least bi-weekly (a LOT of practice for a guy who plays in shows with 5 to 10 bands a month).

This dude is a professional hired drummer in DC so fuck it, I’m all in. We’re gonna sound ridiculously professional together and it’s gonna be great. I already have a bassist on that level too. This is like a Christmas feeling for me
