In this thread people who never had Buffalo Wild Wings thinking it’s way worse than it is.

charlotte has two GREAT wings places, i wouldn't be caught dead in a b dubs im not 24 anymore

 

The only reason I don’t go to BWW is because it’s no longer the most convenient place to watch the Jags outside of Jacksonville, now tons of sports bars have Sunday Ticket and all the games on.

When it was, I had no problem with their wings. They’re not excellent jumbo wings or anything but they were fried correctly and they had some solid sauces

 

BWW is completely fine lol. I don't understand the hate either. Sure there's local places that do it better, but for a chain it's easily the best of them, and more often than not it hits the spot

I would rather eat whatever literal shit comes out of that purple monster's ass than eat at Applebee's

 

Yeah this is way worse than getting wings from Buffalo Wild Wings. At least wings is what BWW is good at. Steak from a chain diner? No fucking thank you worst steak possible

Why is everyone acting so black and white today? There are good restaurants that serve good portions. It’s not like your only options are pretentious Michelin starred fine dining vs Outback Steakhouse lol

haha. Always thought it was just Church but I guess all those words wouldn’t fit on the sign so it just says Church. The upstairs is filled with ping pong tables though so it checks out lol

the Athens one basically is. The Atlanta one isn't

 

I badly wish I was in Atlanta long enough to explore these places more. Edgewood St near downtown, and East Atlanta Village, are two of my favorite spots ever for getting drunk (and of course, our old neighborhood bar Estoria 99… went there BOTH times I visited Atlanta last month)

 

Atlanta is straight up one of the best cities in the country, got damn do I wish I was rich and could rent an apartment both down there and up here. And visit Asheville on the way between the two spots.

ATL area and Baltimore/DC area are both dope af, and all 3 cities are extremely different from each other too. I can’t really “replace” my experiences in ATL. Just entirely different vibe city

 

i do not like atlanta but i realize it’s a me thing

there isn’t enough to do there to warrant that much sprawl, who do they think they are, LA?
