Depends who wins this week. If the Jaguars somehow miraculously pull an upset, I'd give them a 0% chance of winning the Super Bowl. If they get demolished, I'd say maybe 3%? 5%?

Vikings, Ravens, Chargers, and Bills have nowhere near as good of roster as the Jets. Eagles, 49ers, Cowboys are NFC. That leaves KC, CIN, MIA. Making the Jets 4th, though I'd put their roster above Miami's. Thanks for playing.

 

It’s still very hard for me to tell how much of that is Kyle Shanahan. Several QBs played the best football of their career in his system

I just really disagree with this haha. Their defense is well coached and their secondary is elite but they don’t have the most *talented* front 7 compared to some other teams - Quinnen Williams is by far the most talented player in it and the only blue chip player in their front 7 imo. Their offensive line is “pretty good” not great, they have one great RB (I think Cook declined last year so just Hall imo) and one great WR and an okay TE.

Good team but the 49ers for example are more stacked and far more ready to win with a mediocre passer

& I don’t split SB caliber teams as “5 per conference”. To me SB caliber isn’t “teams that *could* make the SB”. To me that’s, teams that are so good that they choked if they didn’t at least make it to, and play well in, the conference championship.

The 49ers in no way impede an AFC team from making the super bowl though. Quinnen is elite, their DL rotation is elite and up there with Cincy. Mosely still has those elite flashes. Their OL is definitely a weak point but that's also true for like, most of the AFC contenders too. Hall is elite and Cook is probably the best RB2 in the league if not top three.
