I do wonder if part of the problem in the women’s division is that they resigned their best workers to ROH or sparse appearances…whereas their best male workers get 15min matches every week

 

I don’t understand why Athena was shoveled off tv to the point where they showed highlights of her match against Willow on Collision & you would have no idea she won based on how it was presented.

Meltzer is an incredible historian for pro wrestling. Nobody will ever come close to him.

Outside of that, he’s typically full of shit, and speculates a tremendous amount, especially over the last 5 years (Young Bucks bias etc), but to be fair, so many things that get aggregated on the web are usually wildly out of context from what he says on his show.

SRS is my ride or die for reporting on wrestling news. Nobody else I trust more to deliver news accurately and encourage media literacy.

 

It takes Meltzer 20 minutes to answer a yes or no question so I don’t know how anyone retains anything he says.
