Anyone ever check out on Discogs and get an on-screen confirmation that it completed, but no email or pending payment show up in your account? So weird. I'm afraid to attempt payment again.

I've definitely had that happen a few times. I feel like sometimes the seller has to do something on their end in order for you to get a payment confirmation.

 

Field Day has also been posting about if you buy the record of this new band they released an album for that you would have a guaranteed spot for their bigger release, which I assume is the BLG one based on all of the timing. I am not doing that, but they are offering that option.

 

This album will forever remind me of working at Boston Store in high school because "Once in a Lifetime" was one of the three or four music videos which looped endlessly in the young men's section.

 

This thing is a brick! Excited to look through it when I have more time after work.

I LOVE "So Jealous." I feel like that's one of their strongest 'indie-pop' records.
Those Lady Gaga albums are, and this isn't news to anyone, awesome.

 

if only The Fame Monster got a proper vinyl repress. i regret not picking up that box set from UO a few years ago.

 

Very very tempting... I've probably just go for the individual black/white pressings of Watch Out and Crisis though... It'll depend on the price. Guessing it will be a little too rich for my blood with Furnace Fest mere weeks away. Expecting to break some big bills there.

 

The TGG set looks great. Mine is waiting for me at my mom's place. She's been getting all my pre-orders since I thought we'd be living with her by now (we're building a house, selling ours first and living with her in the interim.) Delays, man.

Needless to say she's unimpressed with my spending.

 

Impress her by spending more.

Yes, the classic 90's band, Rooney.

 

Real Gone Music have some terrible quality control. When they did Welcome Interstate Managers by Fountains of Wayne a couple of years ago they decidedly changed Mexican Wine on all the artwork to Mexican Summer. Fortunately they fixed it and issued a new press later but still a bummer.

 

Cool that The OC helped them celebrate the 10th anniversary of this album back in 2003.

 

I waited in line to get Still Jealous on Record Store Day and then they released it on CD! *grumble*
(but tbh I would've gone again this year if I didn't have a wedding to go to)

 

I just grabbed Pale Horses and A->B Life on black. I have both on colored, and I really don't need the box sets so plain black it is!

 

this is insanely tempting as a big AOF fan who has none of their vinyl yet
