I mean, sure it’s not technically the same thing, but it essentially does the same thing to my taste buds. I really just think making gazpacho is a way to upcharge for the same simple ingredients just because it sounds fancy.

a pepperoni pizza from little caesars and a pepperoni pizza from frank pepe in new haven have the same simple ingredients, one is more expensive and way better
