Look, I love Fallout 4 but what are we doing here

IGN is just ridiculously inconsistent and often times their scores don’t even line up with the words of their reviews (much like pitchfork). It’s weird. Bad website do not recommend 4/10

yeah I'm sorry leaving out IGN and GameSpot, arguably the biggest gaming sites on the planet is awfully convenient.

 

Gearbox just closed Volition and is trying to hide it behind Starfield reviews.

Starfield looks extremely my shit. and Fallout 4 didnt do it for me.

 

Never played any Volition games, but sucks to see a studio shuttered

 

I don't really follow any gaming sites anymore, used to be big on Giant Bomb but even before COVID they didn't have the most robust reviews section

 

the computers look like straight out of Alien Isolation (and, arguably, better)

this is all I needed to see for max hype level

 

Fallout 4 has to be amongst my most disappointing gaming experiences

 

Is Forspoken worth $17

 

I didn't know Volition was under Gearbox. Corporations and their damn acquisitions.

 

forspoken is worth 170 my person

(seriously if you can make it past the first hour you're in for a good ass time, even if the world is a little drab)

Yikes. Obviously I can't compare it to Starfield because I haven't played it yet but yeah, a 9.5 is wild. It's more like a 7, which is what he gave Starfield. lol

 

Can’t wait to enjoy Starfield at like 12FPS on steam deck, lfg

 

Skill Up is the only outlet I care about for critiquing games and The Completionist is my go to for entertainfo. Other than that I usually just watch game collection channels or long form video essays on a singular series or topic

 

Was just about to post me wondering whether it's playable on deck haha
