I don't think they're releasing on a week of a major holiday. All the buzz would be swept away.

Next week is when everything comes to fruition.

    Things have changed.

If anything, TBS would move their album based on what blink announces – not the other way around. Laughable.

But it was never going to be the 27th because of Taylor.

If anything TBS would want to factor in when blink drops their record.

Yeah, because the overlap of TBS and Taylor Swift fans is entirely different than the overlap between blink and TBS fans.

Pretty interested in the drum parts on this album. All of the clips have been significantly pulled back stylistically from what we get from Travis minus the double bass part. I was very surprised at how simple and straightforward edging was. Wondering if Travis is taking a different approach. Also, he could just be saving all the good stuff for the finished record and only posting the simpler stuff.

Which album do you think Travis really freaks it on? It's hard to say but Untitled has some insane iconic drumming by him

Untitled and Neighborhoods have his best/most interesting drum work

Untitled takes the cake for me. As a drummer that record had a pretty profound impact on my personal style. Down is his most iconic drum part IMO. No other drummer on planet earth would have done what he did on that track. He also does a lot of rad shit on BCR. The shaker part on the instrumental outro gets me every time. (perpetually tapping the beat to Cat Like Thief and Elevator) . NINE has some subtly rad stuff sprinkled throughout, but that felt more an expression of his growth as a producer and song creator than a kick ass drummer. Love the 808 on Runaway
