That’s fine, I’m only disputing the points you raised because I don’t agree that backs who aren’t “explosive” only get the yards that are blocked.

I actually think power backs are better at creating yards that aren’t there even if it doesn’t translate to big plays and that’s why they are important even if they average less YPC. YPC is an overrated stat much like QB completion percentage - it matters in context but can’t tell the whole story by itself
