I think his roster/asset management, his in-game decision making, and his culture-building are laughably bad. I think those are important qualities for a head coach. It’s more than just X’s and O’s

i agree with poor roster & asset management,

His in game decision making is weird and questionable AT TIMES but remember Andy Reid would lose big games because of dumb ass choices all the time despite his elite X’s and O’s before he became a Super Bowl winner with KC. I think it just takes the balls to fail with flying colors, to become the type of risk taker / maverick play caller who wins. So I can’t fault Shanny for that

I don’t know anything about culture building part, I’m curious to know where your stance on that comes from cause I can only envision the 49ers being a strong culture team

 

Trey Lance was his guy! Kyle Shanahan manages the in-game clock! He calls the plays! He benches players for invested several picks in! Those are his decision AS a coach!

 

Dink is only mad because the niners ran their mouth after losing and now shanahan is living rent free in his head
