I started eating salads, then a few days later I started eating ice cream again

 

Because you can ride the peloton and eat and drink like shit and see negative progress lol

The food delivery person got twice as much ice cream as I ordered and you can’t just let that go to waste right

I was a die hard 'have 1 good beer upon signing off from work' person for the last couple years and I stopped to save the IPA calories...and immediately can't help but have ice cream most nights instead. Can't escape the need for a sugary lil treat
