I live in Florida, someone I know got aggravated assault without a firearm ( stomped on a guy's head while he was on the ground during a fight), and he did 3 years on prison for it. With a firearm? Yeah he is fucked.

I will say, I've flipped someone off before for cutting me off, and then led to them stopping in the middle of the road and getting out of their truck, then aggressively following me for 20 minutes while I kept driving, which gave my fiance a panic attack

eventually cops stopped him and he was a drunk old man, but you just never know dude
