That adds a good few hours to my pick-up since she's south Texas, there's no other state that's reasonable based on her location. If she lived in Houston, El Paso, or Dallas I could do elsewhere but she lives adjacent to San Antonio (which is more affordable than Dallas but also not as enjoyable to live in IMO)

I do actually like Dallas though hahaha that's the point, the only things I don't like about it compared to that are the power grid, and that it's in Texas

I'm not on a quest to convert people to liking it but I am on a quest for people to stop treating me like I'm in some helpless situation. Yes there are better places but this works for me right now, when my kids are older then I'll think about other things. Stop making me defend where I live or justify not living somewhere else
