I was just wondering the same thing. That album seems to be the black sheep in their discography, but I have a soft spot for it.

I’d buy it but my absolute favorite album of theirs is the final one. I’ll never understand why that one didn’t break through. We can say that about a lot of those bands back then though.

 

my Polyvinyl order from yesterday has already been shipped. but like, their store is relatively tiny. from the responses I've been getting from Merchbar support it sounds like they're more of a mediator between their suppliers and their customers, so I guess it makes sense that there'd be discrepancies and delays, but also what the fuck it's been over a month

So I emailed CS in regards to the shipping yesterday afternoon. Initially they said they can't do that due to different "weights"?.

So I sent a screenshot of the checkout screen with the standard copy in my cart showing media mail as an option. They said they'd forward it to someone else and review.

So in the evening I got a refund to my PayPal and a revised receipt for my order. Then an email from someone else explaining and apologizing for the situation. That also an email would be going out to everyone about media mail after the fact.

So I'm glad that worked out!

That is really frigin cool.

 

As cool as the box set is, I don’t think I’d spin those extras more than once. Especially if they’re streaming.
