Not concerned about Richardson after one preseason game, especially with how hard he throws. Stefon Diggs has joked about how hard Josh Allen throws the ball on short layup throws, but no one criticizes him because he’s good now after he was stinky early on.

It’s okay for Richardson to struggle right now. I mean, it should be expected lol

 

Well you just traded ALL of them so lol

 

Didn't want to have to decide between guys I've never heard of before so why not get rid of them all

I think the takeaway from the tweet was meant to be “wow look at the differences in these QBs” lol

Yeah that was my interpretation of it as well. I’m sure he’ll take his lumps. I get that he’s widely been considered to be a raw passer and he didn’t exactly land with a good team so it might be rough for a year or so, but I’m more optimistic about Richardson than any other rookie QB.

Yeah he’s gotta play! Maybe they’ll win 5 or 6 games and still pick top 10. It’s all good.

Yep! Hurts wasn’t good either until his second full season as a starter. I think the Colts will be plucky and show enough to be competitive at times, but they’ve gotta make some more additions to the offense to really help Richardson take off.

Then again, Chris Ballard needs to actually spend some money then and we all know how much he loves to sit on money while his team toils away in mediocrity so Richardson might be doomed from the start.
