So I was seeing some chatter about the Trump charges in GA getting mistakenly leaked could maybe be grounds for a mistrial.

I assume that is all just right wing wish thinking and there isn't anything to be worried about here? Or is this one of those things where the legal system is setup in the way that as long as you're powerful enough, one small mistaken can actually be enough to derail the whole case???
