Lol dude is so thin skinned. He may be a “good guy” at times, but he’s also overly sensitive to the point where it ruins half of the good will he creates from being a “good guy” by being a complete prick.

 

Imagine letting some curtain jerker who is on Dark/Buried in ROH get to you like that when the company basically gave you your own show lol

 

Deeply hilarious to confront a guy in the locker room because he called you soft on Twitter (responding to a promo where CM Punk literally called the locker room soft)

 

So I guess Brutus Beefcake's wife and "manager" who was recently strangely inserted into the Marty DOSTR episode is the reason why Hogan and Beefcake had a falling out recently. Hogan mentioned her on the Theo Von podcast he just did as the reason he and Beefcake are not best friends anymore. Now I guess she said she's ready to speak out and air some dirt about Hogan.

Things are about to get messy and knowing Hogan somebody will probably get sued.

 

From what it seems like Nemith was just doing standard wrestling Twitter shit in character. Getting pissed at that is ridiculous.

 

Even if it was in character, he’s not a threat to anyone in the slightest. Punk is more of a goof than the character Ryan portrays.

 

I wonder how much you have to toe the line in promos against him. Are you exiled from Collision if you strike a nerve?

 

Love that AEW is getting ready to put on one of the biggest wrestling shows ever and good ol Punk has to make all the attention on his backstage bullshit

 

Punk would never ever try that "you want to take this outside?" bullshit on someone like Mox or Kingston. They would be like " fuck yeah let's go"

if the report about Tony chanting CM Punk when Punk returned is true, then as much as Punk sucks, Tony is just as much of a problem himself

I’m sure Christopher Daniels wasn’t biting people, throwing chairs and acting like a complete moron during Brawl Out. Punk is so soft and just wants his own echo chamber around him evidentially.

 

Kinda funny that AEW now has more people from the attitude era/monday night wars-era/early ruthless aggression era on its roster than WWE, where those eras actually took place

Just the issues alone with Ian and Axl. One of the earlier hardcore promotions in the states. They also had an insane star studded world title in retrospect in terms of who has held it

Punk, Hero, Styles, Jerry Lynn, Kingston and even fucking Eddie Guerrero


Also has one of the more infamous wrestling matches in terms of “lore” with Butcher vs Joe

 

i saw a comment somewhere loaded with good 00s indie topics, this among them. would love it. i think the issue is they can't rely on talking heads from the older generation, and a lot of "the boys" from the 00s indies are stars on TV right now and people don't want to burn bridges to the good paydays
