well that and you don't have a plethora of wires running through the room, as wireless 5.1/7.1. systems are out of budget for most people.

also yes, it's the budget thing I assume. (personally I'd also get a sound bar, I don't much care for surround sound)

the only reason I don't have a sound bar yet because the way the LG CX has it's feet, there's no way to put anything under it that wouldn't be in the picture.
