yeah zero chance i could rock an aftershow lmfao, a full day at the park is exhausting enough

    Give what you can.

Might cramble down to Reggie's to see how the Earth Crisis folks get along with the Bronx folks.

    The intrusive whisper fascinates me

I’m glad I’m not the only one that found that pairing a bit odd

I feel like it shouldn't be as hard as last few years. Usually the shows feature much bigger bands.

$50 for Tegan and Sara before fees is ROUGH.

40 after fees for Bayside/HH. It probably would have been less if it wasn't a RF aftershow. At least I hope they keep it to only these 2 bands and not add any more.

$44 for Thursday and Braid after fees. There is no way I leave Postal Service midset, but I do hope I manage to catch Braid and get a good spot at Metro as it usually sucks when its sold out.

I can’t decide how quick Pup is gonna sell out. I really don’t have the money right now but I don’t wanna wait until Tuesday and be out of luck

$30 for PUP isnt bad. $51 for Frank Turner is a little expensive for my taste and I love him

Last year I stayed for Yellowcard and then immediately rushed to get to Metro to see JEW. By the time I got there the openers started and there was no space on the floor at all.

Last year I went with @ItsAndrew to SDRE. We stayed for all MCR and then rushed to Metro, we missed the openers but managed to get a decent spot to the right side of the stage, as there was a huge air fan and nobody wanted to stand infront of it.

Im hoping as (probably) there will be a pit for Thursday, to use it to get a nice view

Really appreciate it! I will send you a pm closer to the date :)

Metro is my favorite venue, but I do know some people dont like it that much

Not going to riot fest but got Thursday/Braid tickets. Hoping this means it shouldn’t be too hard to beat the riot fest crowd and get a good spot. Going to be a rough night though, after the show have a 3 hour drive and work at 8. Doubt I’ll be sleeping that night

Small tangent: every time I see the opener for the PUP after show, Snotty Nose Rez Kids, my brain thinks Sorority Noise and I get happy then sad.

hoping that Yard Act doesnt sell out too fast, cuz ill scoop one up if they conflict with someone on friday, but i dont think i need to add a 2nd aftershow if i dont have to

I say it every year, but I really wish Riot released the schedule before the aftershows, the same way Lolla does.

Ya you can make it to Metro from the fest in time for the headliner via public transit but for openers no unless maybe you take an Uber

I really wanted to see all of MCR and The Appleseed Cast but in the end it was fine because The Appleseed Cast came back with SDRE again a few months later lol

I’m guessing this one won’t sell out for a while because it’s a Sunday aftershow

damn, well i just realized my sunday got way harder as i was prepared to skip Gaslight since they are coming to STL a week after riot.. but just went to put it on my calendar and realized its the same night as queens/viagra boys that i already have a ticket to... fuuuck. my hopes of seeing gaslight, afi, and dresden dolls just went way down.

$45 (or more) some of these aftershows is a lot. I know some of the shows will sell out regardless but I do think sales would be better if the shows were not priced as high.

Or maybe I’m just poor lol

I wonder who'll be drumming for Plosivs since AK3 has shows Riot weekend. I'm guessing AK3 would take priority for Atom, but maybe not?

That's interesting as I think he is a main draw of Plosives, but no way he doesn't play with Alk3
