Still don't get how they're allowed to use any part of the Sublime name.

They are essentially a Sublime cover band with original members of Sublime. When they play a show it’s mostly old Sublime songs with a few of the Sublime with Rome songs sprinkled in. Even though Rome isn’t the original singer he is pretty good in his own right.

I believe so, I think in the past they also had some touring musicians as well that collaborated with sublime but not certain

Bud left a few years back saying it really just didn't feel right and he regretted a lot of it

I understand if people aren’t cool with it but I just look at as a way to enjoy live Sublime music in 2023. Yeah I agree it’s obviously not the same but at least they added the “with Rome” part.

Also, they usually tour with pretty relevant newer reggae bands so it’s usually a good way to catch some newer similar sounding bands and hear some Sublime tunes.

you mean as far as reggae bands to check out?

If so.......They are currently on tour with The Movement who are one of the best and they have been around a while too. Not sure if they toured with them but other really good bands that sound similar are Iration and Clear Conscience. (Of these Clear Conscience reminds me most of Sublime)
