not the ultimate lunch for folks with allergies now is it spiffy

I would dislike eating a cold lunch every day

What is it about the microwave that bothers you? I usually put mine on power level 60 or 70 because intermittent heating and resting seems to make most leftovers taste better than just nuking them at full power

 

You truly are a real accountant.

 

just make better meals in bigger portions. Like, plan to cook something legit (not just baked meat) at least twice each weekend and make so much that you have two leftovers to choose from. Then reward yourself with lunch out on whatever fifth day of the week you choose.

Maybe you’re a “get through the week so I can stay motivated” guy and you buy lunch on Wednesday, or maybe you’re a “prize at the end of the week keeps me motivated” guy and you buy lunch Friday etc

 

It just tastes old or warmed up. Texture is usually off. Probably some psychological things going on.

actually I want to make enough that I can just eat out for lunch every day and not worry about my wallet

I was making turkey wraps for lunch forever but now I usually make eggs

Quickly learning that I take eating way more seriously than most of you lol

turkey wraps, tuna wraps, PBJ, baked pork chops are all fine but no way in hell could I eat any of those things for lunch more often than once a week haha
