Had my first beef on weck sandwich on sunday driving home through Buffalo, sandwich was simple and delicious. Wishing I didn't live 8 hrs away cuz I'm craving another one as I type this.

 

I am biased as a life long resident of buffalo but I think we’re an underrated food city

I think they’re not like what I’d consider a traditional wing, they’re good but not my personal favorite. That’s def a question you can ask and get a different answer from anyone you ask haha.

 

Currently craving a well made hot dog/weiner and wishing I wasn't like 2.5 hour north of Rhode Island so I could hit up a New York System. Nothing comes close here in ME.

Oh i definitely do and its a decent way to hold me over. We have Shield's right in Kennebunk where I work and they make great cook at home dogs. There's just something special/nostalgic about the way they do it in RI though that I could never recreate at home, just hits different.

 

Never heard the term New York System before

 

My hot dog life was forever changed when I had it where it's been skewered and cut on a spiral. It was somehow juicier and saltier that way. I think I'll cook hot dogs that way going forward.

 

This frozen pizza and chip combo was incredible; mozzarella and olive oil pizza, topped by Spanish pepper chips

I love the flavor that calabrians add but didn’t want to overpower the crab. They were perfect for a little heat and some added texture!

 

Has anyone ever tried the Da Bomb hot sauce?

 

If you mean the hot sauce then yes, it tastes like straight up battery acid and burns like hell, not for the faint of heart. Its more of a novelty than anything. Most people try it once just to see how terrible it really is.
