not sure if you knew this, but up until the sale to tony khan, you could watch roh tv weekly for free on rohwrestling.com. you would be a week begind, but if sinclair didn’t have a channel in your city, you could still keep up with the show. and roh still was about to close for good. *alot* of wrestling fans won’t make that much of an effort to watch outside of what they’re used to accessing programing through. the more hurdles, the less likely a casual fan or even a somewhat consistent fan will watch. the fact that you didnmt know where to watch the show proves my point (and is in no way meant to come across as disrespect towards you). for roh to be relevant, meaningful, ir dare i say profitable again, is has to be as readily available and accessible as the rest of the product on your portfolio.

 

As always, if anyone on here wants to watch something and not have to pay for it, message me and I can point you in the right direction. It's so easy to watch everything in 2023.

 

Yeah they’d show it here but I didn’t become interested again until Tony took over. And I was being a little facetious because I do know of honor club, I just don’t want to pay for it on its own lol. It would be nice if they just changed Rampage into ROH even.

 

I had to watch the episode on mute with subtitles because I got tired of Russo yelling at me 3 minutes in.

I couldn’t even count the camera cuts accurately; I think there were 8 or 9. Does that draw *anyone* more into the action?? Drives me crazy and makes me not watch NXT at all.

I found Jeff Jarrett's theory that this whole thing at BatB 2000 was Hogan working an angle behind the scenes to manufacture a scenario where he could sue AOL/Time Warner, because he wanted out anyway, saw the writing on the wall, and wanted one last big payday fascinating.

Pretty much that everything that transpired that night from his match with Jarrett, to Russo's promo, to Booker T winning the title was a planned worked shoot that he knew was going to happen, but he figured out if feigned ignorance about everything that happened after he left he could work a mark judge into thinking that the work was actually a shoot and get paid brother.

Jack Perry is one of the only dudes in all of wrestling w go away heat for me, crazy to me that they see a top guy in him. great worker, end of upside imo. the demo they are targeting didn't grow up on Luke Perry

 

I think he has tons of upside, but just the fact that he is a godawful promo negates most everything else he has going for him imo.

 

what do you think he's got beyond ringwork? he is on the small end of small, will look like he's 16 until he's 50, can't talk and is fighting past a speech impediment to get there. i just feel like Jurassic Express was the perfect place for both of them

i don't mean this in an argumentative way just curious

 

He is handsome, has a neat gimmick, compelling backstory, and even if he's not relevant to younger demos I still think his connection to his dad works in favor for him for WBD executives/media/publicly. That is pretty much it. I don't know how they plan to get past his glaring lack of charisma.

 

yeah the change in presentation w the heel turn is maybe the biggest offense here. somewhat ironically, his face run w Hook was the most i've been into him outside of Jurassic Express. felt like a way more genuine edge then the Wish Christian we got now

 

How bad is it going to be when RVD and Grado get booked for AEWs biggest show ever but guys like Claudio and Wardlow are left off

 

They need to hide Jack Perry on Rampage for a few months.

 

Lol are people really going to be upset that Wardlow is left off?

 

Wardlow could be one of aew's biggest homegrown stars.

 

He already should be
