bring it onnnnnnn…I can’t tell you how frustrating it is seeing the amount of waste created by plastic utensils.

I used to work in a restaurant and people would request a cup of hot water and then they’d put every piece of silverware on the water to “sanitize” it. I truly learned how dumb people are thinking warm water sanitized things.

Sometimes they’d just get frustrated and ask for plastic utensils lol, this was at a higher end casual dining place. I never understood the mistrust that we didn’t wash our utensils.

 

pretty sure we have that ordinance in LA....and i've not seen anyone respecting it

 

Similar bills have been introduced and passed across the country in recent years. A lot of them have a grace period involved where fines aren't issued, just education and warnings to get restaurants up to speed.

TBF, I wish I could easily fall asleep for a mid-day nap if I'm home just to re-energize myself. Instead I'd just lay there with my eyes closed while endless thoughts run thru my brain

I don’t nap often, but they can be great.

 

If I am tired enough I will fall asleep for a nap, but it takes me a while laying enough. But basically it has to be like I got less than 5 hours of sleep the night before or something
