Honestly love this for Ricky Starks. If you win the Owen, it should give you a title shot. If Tony could book a women’s division then we’d be seeing Willow fight Toni Storm on Wednesday instead of randomly Shida.

don't hate the finish, but they could've just had mjf eat the shatter machine. would've helped garner more sympathy and would've better sold the idea that he might've been upset at cole and potentially turned.

He’s probably the best hybrid of old school and new school in the business right now…he can go work an 80s style mat contest (see: Darby match) and likewise work squash stuff like a Hogan (nothing flippy, all power stuff and a non-flashy finish), and then of course he hangs just fine with anyone rocking a modern Lucha style

Like it’s probably a genuine contest between Kenny, D-Bry, and MJF for best all-arounder on the roster

 

Also, I love that they’re finally letting an MJF story build. He told that locker room story in the Punk feud, could have spent weeks playing face off that…and instead they did the dick kick immediately.

I do wonder if they do an actual swerve, have Coke turn heel on him and reform TUE if Kyle’s back soon
