It really is. once I realized this was going to be like the Juturna Deluxe 3xLP, I ordered it immediately. That is a beautiful package. Going to be a long wait until January or February. Though let's hope it doesn't end up being delayed as long as that one was. It was like 10-11 months after I ordered it that I received it I think.

probably doesn't help you at all but I always keep the boxes records ship to me in so I can reuse them.

It's the second pressing x/1000. I got a not too bad deal on Discogs, so I went for it. Probably more than I should have spent, but it's an important enough series that I think it's worth it.

Definitely ship it in a proper LP mailer. Maybe you kept some of the boxes where you've had records delivered in the past? And if possible, try to put a piece of cardboard or bubble wrap around the album to provide some cushion.

It looks and sounds so good. If I wouldn't have been cheap with shipping it would've been here last week bc I'm only two hours from polyvinyl

Use a mailer that was sent to you when you bought a record (I always save mine). Use a square piece of cardboard on top to help stabilize it. take the record out of the jacket and leave it in the plastic sleeve with the jacket. use lots of packing tape

If you get a flat rate box from USPS and fold everything very carefully it's a cheap and effective way to ship it.

Still have NOT received my From Indian Lakes pre-order. Between Triple Crown and King Road, have had awful luck with shipment lately.

I'll write you into all of my songs Supporter

I'm still waiting on my first turntable ever. People are giving me a bunch of older vinyls this weekend, so I'm really excited to dig in. My dad's also giving me 2 shelf Acoustic Research speakers. Next couple of weeks will be glorious (if I get my turntable arghh)

Welcome to the hobby. First rule of thumb, there is no such thing as vinyls. The plural of vinyl is vinyl. Cheers.

I just got mine yesterday, to be fair. It seems like it was stuck in NJ forever before USPS logged it on its way.

Yea my last update was from Friday and it still says it's stuck in Jersey City.

I got an update either Saturday or Sunday randomly that it had arrived at my local USPS destination facility even though it hadn't technically left Jersey yet and it showed up on Monday. I think that NJ USPS origin facility just doesn't have their shit together.
