I haven’t kept up with Netflix and if/when they actually implemented their horseshit cut down on streaming but know that it did go into effect.

Of course. Nothing makes sense. I pay the bill, it’s in my name, it’s on a card attached to my home address I have lived at the entire time I’ve had an account I’ve paid for yet it tells me that this isn’t the home/main address of the account so I need to either add a line (fuck off) or select “I’m traveling”.

I selected that, idk, three weeks ago and used it for like an hour or so. Haven’t logged back in from home since. Just tried it now and it tells me I used up all my (travel) codes.

How the fuck does Netflix even still exist if this is what they have in place?

Have to ask my parents (who have no issues using Netflix, for some reason it thinks their house, which they’ve at it for all of 2 years is the main hub for some reason) how much they use Netflix because I am 35 so I have reached crabby old man retaliation levels and I am not paying for this bullshit.

Two episodes into the new season of Foundation, and so far these episodes seem kind of wonky/messy; kind of hard to tell what exactly is happening, or the meaning of it all. I believe all these story points are waaay beyond what was in the original books

 

New series Special Ops: Lioness on Paramount+ is decent stuff; Zoe Saldaña is the lead actress, but also stars Nicole Kidan and Morgan Freeman

 

Sheridan is getting some crazy ass pull casting wise. Getting A list movie stars to be in the most middlebrow, yet watchable shows imaginable.

 

New Invincible is really good

 

Quentin Dupieux's newest movie "Smoking Causes Coughing" is only 99 cents to rent on Amazon, it fucking rules.

 

Two more episodes left of finished Class of 07, it's not like laugh out loud funny but it is incredibly well written and acted, all the characters feel like real people, and their working through the unpacking of teenage trauma and regret is easily relatable
