anyone who would pay to see Joji is insane. his live vids are so bad, I’m honestly surprised that Coachella performance didn’t kill his career.

another artist who just hasn’t had the time to or opportunity to develop a live show.

Now that’s completely unrealistic. The only reason I say Joji could is because he still does the humour on stage occasionally. He could maybe do a few songs in his set to just create buzz.

 

Literally no idea who Joji is but I could tell you booking him in arenas was a bad idea.

 

joji was actually pretty hot there for a second. not sure what happened to his momentum but yeah, seems like it's done now

 

Yeah I remember in 2018/19 there was tons of hype for his debut album. I knew tons of people that were super into it. I guess his momentum died tremendously

 

the industry is very fickle and momentum is fleeting

 

hope artists learn not everyone needs to do arenas

Honestly this makes me super happy because a smaller venue works sooo much better for this tour. Definitely going to try to go to both Tampa dates.

 

Yeah booking this at like 6k cap venues was a mkstake. I think 1-2k venues would have been more appropriate for this tour in the beginning.

 

I thought the venues were too big but I did not think they would have an issue drawing 3k-4K to these shows. I’m surprised it isn’t doing better.

 

Anyone got merch pics from the current Braid tour? Trying to see what they have before the LA show tomorrow night
