As expected, this movie rocked. Didn't love Ilsa's death (felt too unceremonious for how cool that character is), but other than that I don't have much to complain about. Trying to rank these is basically like splitting hairs since I think 3-7 are all 5/5 star bangers.

 

I really hope McG was able to record some podcasts about the making of before the writers strike. That 5+ hour podcast he did for Fallout rules. He also talked about how protective he was of Ilsa and how much he loves that character so I’d like to hear him defend that death (I’m fully convinced she isn’t dead but faking her death twice in one movie is actually worse)

I guess he could still do it as a director only, but less fun.
