Got to see Kevin live on Saturday in St. Paul.

I didn’t know a whole lot from MTCM, but he put on a really great show (and was super funny too lol). He’s just a great performer and is just really captivating to watch regardless of your familiarity with his music.

It was also really special to hear Brother’s Blood live. Kev stepped away from the mic for the screamy part and the venue was dead silent aside from his voice.

  7. don’t know if it’s been relatively uniform set times but he was slotted for 9:50 at my show which was 7 doors/8 show

sorry for the random bump but i've been playing another bag of bones a ton recently. kind of wild/sad how relevant a song is today that was released 14 years ago

Bumped into Kevin on the street yesterday in LA. Highlight of my trip since he’s such a pleasant being. He was in great spirits and said something about more nation-wide tour dates coming soon.

Same. He's usually pretty open with his online discourse and this sort of read a little more cryptic than other posts. Sending him good vibes regardless.

“Reality-adherence department” makes me wonder if the tour was shaping up to lose money. I know other bands have talked about losing money on touring internationally lately just due to logistics costs.

    I hate spoilers. Supporter

He sadly seems to have lost a lot of momentum over the past few years. I saw him a couple years ago in a 250 cap room in Cleveland and it wasn’t even half full :/

I think he’s always been in a tough place right? Been playing forever and all his friends’ bands are like huge

Does anyone want two tickets for Kevin Devine in West Hartford, CT tomorrow night? I don't think I can make it anymore, $25/each and it's at an art space/gallery in West Hartford. PM me.
