Good lord Youtube Music is a mess... I've requested Google Takeout to download all of it but that may take a while, I'll bust out the hard drive when I get home from work. Now I understand how pissed my parents were when their collections changed formats from vinyl to cassettes then CDs

 

Started a NFG discog run this morning. And now after reading through this demo discussion - all I can think is: "Damn. Can you imagine if TSL had as big of a catalogue?"

 

Can’t wait for new music from these guys. Hope we get something before my August tour date but I think that’s probably a pipe dream.

 

Can’t believe I get to see them next Friday and then again in August.

 

I think best case scenario is a A single by the start of the tour.

 

What about the alt version of the B-List?

I remember back in 2009 they put it up on… I think Amazon? to be released in 2039 lol. I still wonder if in 16 years it’ll suddenly pop up for purchase or streaming. And then of course I ruminate on streaming not even being a thing in 16 years and fall into existential crisis

 

While we’re on the subject, does anyone have a CDQ version of “Pictures”? For the longest time it was only available in shitty quality, my mp3 sounds like a bad MySpace rip

I've got all my music off my Youtube Music library, but over half of it is missing the metadata, which is in a separate Excel file. I've found some people on Reddit & Github that have built programs to solve this... Sorry to get everyone's hopes up, this is gonna be a longer process than I thought

 

I was just looking for something in storage and found an old box of mine with a bunch of band/concert memorabilia and discovered I had a signed Direction album booklet. I sincerely never knew I had that and have no recollection of where it came from. Cool find regardless though.

Bonus find - still had a ticket stub of theirs from 2005.

About to see the boys. I can’t read all the songs, but their setlist shows like 14-16 songs. Was not expecting that. Holy shit, my soul is about to leave my body.

I mean its at an AAR show, so I'll go but not as cool as when everyone is there to see them. Like seeing bands I like at Sad Summer was super not as fun as seeing them at their own shows.
