my 14 pro battery life has sucked since I got it. I'll have maybe an hour of screentime according to the widget and be at like 50-60% whereas I used to easily go almost 2 days on a charge

 

Maybe I’m just lucky

 

Yeah my 14 pro battery is noticeably worse than previous models. I’m ending the day around 10% when I used to never dip below maybe 35 or 30 percent

 

My 13 pro started getting bad the spring of 2022 and my 14 pro has always had shit battery. My battery life hasn’t been good since the 12

 

My launch day 13 Pro has only recently started having noticeably worse battery life. It’s still at 89% health, though.

I didn't look at the price of that cube until now. I want it but don't think I could justify $150 for it right now

 

Finally went for a renewed magic keyboard from Amazon for my iPad Pro, most of the reviews are positive (and some are almost brand new) so hopefully I don’t end up with a dud lol. luckily seems to be pretty easy to exchange if it not good quality.

 

work is buying me a new 15" air with upgraded memory. they even let me pick the color so you already know i'm going with that midnight! exciting day here in the beautiful city of baltimore.

 

my wife uodated her phone to 16.6 today and it broke her imessages. its doing the account error thing. we tried alot of things including the airplane mode fix. no dice. anyone know?

 

I finally decided to go for a Magic Keyboard for my iPad Pro since I decided to replace my broken MacBook with it last year. I went with a “renewed” one from Amazon, it pretty much looks brand new other than the box being a little dented. So far I like it a lot, I’m really impressed with how responsive the trackpad is.

 

My 12 mini’s battery health is at 85%. It was never good to begin with but now routinely drops in to the 10-30s on the day and I’m not a heavy user at all.

Ahead of some upcoming travel I was debating getting the 14, but it sounds like people don’t have very good experiences with that battery there. Perhaps better to wait for the 15 and other forthcoming changes (like usb-c)?

 

Some very nice battery upgrades in the new 15 models so I’d definitely wait. USB-C is also a given at this point.

 

phones shouldn't make sounds out loud anymore. everything should be vibrate and on silent

 

Then how is everyone supposed to hear my sweet ringtone? It’s bad enough nobody can hear my callback tone… remember those?

 

I’m sitting here in jury duty and I can’t believe how many people I see using iPad 3 or older as ereaders
