I'm definitely not opposed to sampling or interpolation and it can be done well, but it's crazy that say I don't think I've heard a Coi Leray song that doesn't use it haha

So far, a hip hop album this year hasn’t topped the Lil Yachty album for me. He took a risk and pulled it off.

 

I've been on the Scaring the Hoes train for the past couple of weeks

 

I think Jidenna and Janelle Monae are better versions of what Yachty did, not that they’re strictly hip-hop. The new Tobi Lou is also pretty great. Not gonna lie, been loving the new Uzi as well.

 

That's the right way for Injury Reserve to go I think. I'm really excited to hear what Ritchie and Parker make next, I've really enjoyed all of their albums but they leveled up like crazy on the last one
