is this one a big hit? Can’t say I’ve heard this one before. At least they do some thing a little different with the production.

  2. Wow the ad-libs are so funny on that chop suey cover lmao

I don’t know, I’ve heard several people talk about it, but I don’t know how representative that is lol

I'm definitely not opposed to sampling or interpolation and it can be done well, but it's crazy that say I don't think I've heard a Coi Leray song that doesn't use it haha

lol I put on her new album to check it out and quickly thought, "is this a mixtape?" because it was just her rapping over different people's songs every track

I wish his computer didn’t die because it’s so unfortunate the Underwater Tank instrumental doesn’t exist anymore

  12. Sampling has obviously been around forever, but I can't help but blame this current trend on Drake for "Way 2 Sexy"

Lol ah yes, I have heard that one before on TikTok. I guess it just doesn’t bother me like it does others. Like I said, Bad Boy did this constantly. That being said I won’t put the song on rotation lol

  17. This sample usage is kinda funny in how lazy it is fefesfofes. Expected way worse

So far, a hip hop album this year hasn’t topped the Lil Yachty album for me. He took a risk and pulled it off.

I think Jidenna and Janelle Monae are better versions of what Yachty did, not that they’re strictly hip-hop. The new Tobi Lou is also pretty great. Not gonna lie, been loving the new Uzi as well.

That's the right way for Injury Reserve to go I think. I'm really excited to hear what Ritchie and Parker make next, I've really enjoyed all of their albums but they leveled up like crazy on the last one
