The pit area at LA was set up so weirdly. Tons of dead space and the catwalk cut into the usable moshing area.

 

my date is next saturday and this thread is getting me so fuckin pumped. i'm only going to maybe 3 shows this year, and this is my first for the year lmfao

 

We had seats on the 100s and we just asked at guest services if they had any wristbands for the pit and they gave them to us. The key is to be polite, and to try before FOB. I imagine they know how many pit tickets have scanned in and they will want that area to be full

I've seen that picture on twitter after every show which is insane considering I'm not even on Fall Out Boy twitter.

 

Is there a comprehensive list of songs they are playing this tour that includes the magic 8 ball ones they've played? I'm trying to create a playlist for my wife before we see them and I'm struggling with the setlist.fm differentiating from the staple songs vs magic 8 ball ones

Was at the Monday LA show and it was bonkers good. Near perfect setlist. Patrick sounded unreal. Probably just a mistake but it confused the heck outta me when they asked the 8 ball if they should play an old b-side and then when it said yes kicked off The (After) Life of the Party

 

same, was like, wait... this is more a deep cut than a b-side

 

Maybe they meant it like the b-side of the vinyl lol, however it’d be like side c or d on that record

 

probably just forgot since they did GINASFS a few times already?

Maybe this might help a little? This is from the FOB group I’m in on FB. Anything before the two slashes are the piano songs. Doesn’t include last night’s show where Patrick did Alison by Elvis Costello and What a Catch, Donnie on piano with Patron Saint as the 8 ball song.

 

these dudes are incredible. earlier i was wondering if they'd ever play patron saints and they did. they are going above and beyond.
